Formal/cocktail. Our reception will be under a large tent on grass, so please consider wearing or bringing comfortable shoes or flats. Late September can be chilly when the sun goes down—the tent will be heated if the weather calls for it, but guests might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

In the time between our ceremony and cocktail hour, we encourage you to check into your hotel, enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants on our Recommendations page, or relax before the evening festivities begin.

Shuttles to the reception will be available from two of the hotels where blocks of rooms have been reserved: the Marriott and the Cobblestone Inn. Those staying at the Sheraton can get to the Marriott via a skywalk.

4:00 PM The first shuttle leaves from the Marriott, stopping by the Cobblestone at 4:15.

4:45 PM The second shuttle leaves from the Marriott. Cobblestone guests who want to take the second shuttle can park free of charge at the Bayfront Convention Center next to the Marriott.

Shuttles back from the reception will depart at 8:00, 8:45, 9:45, and 10:15 PM.
